Q: Why is Layout and Effects so slow to start ?
A: Some Teppefall software runs under security policies. You can disable this by adding the -Xinsecure parameter on Windows. On Mac you must modify the Info.plist file and Linux people must read the shell launcher. Remove the two security parameters.
Q: What is my "public identity" ?
A: If you enable content sharing in your account, this is used as your public URL.
Q: Why is this "verification code" thing ?
A: We use it to slow down automated account creation. Without this our servers would run slower and slower every day.
Q: What platforms are supported ?
A: Everything is tested on Windows Vista(32bit), Mac OS X Tiger(32bit) and Ubuntu(64bit).
